About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising delivery operations, driving team performance, and maintaining our operational standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Servicing Bulk Drivers: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a team of drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Leadership Development: Provide guidance and leadership to the team, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and compliant with operational standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor driver performance, conduct reviews, and manage coaching or disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Operational Improvement: Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and enhance delivery processes.
  • Safety Culture: Promote FedEx's Safety-Above-All culture by ensuring all safety protocols are followed at all times.
