Workforce Coordinator for IRT's St George Basin Community

This Workforce Planner position at IRT Group offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing skills in forecasting and data analysis to drive operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in rostering and/or a similar role, with strong Microsoft Office and HR information system skills. A degree in business, commerce, or human resources, or equivalent experience, is required. Payroll certification and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment are desirable qualifications.
IRT Group provides a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus generous benefits including flexible working conditions, birthday leave, professional development opportunities, and discounted gym memberships.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing schedules aligned with business needs, assisting the Workforce Coordinator in effective rostering, publishing rosters, processing employee status changes, and ensuring compliance with company and industry guidelines. You will also set up new staff on systems and manage contacts related to absences and backfilling requirements.
