Job Title: Kitchen Hand

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking kitchen hand to assist with food preparation, cleaning duties, and maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping ingredients, operating the dishwasher, and ensuring all kitchen linen is cleaned and stored.
  • Perform various cleaning duties, such as washing dishes, pots, utensils, and maintaining floors, work stations, and equipment.
  • Handle waste disposal and keep bins clean.
Requirements:
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knife skills and knowledge of basic kitchen procedures beneficial but not always required, as training will be provided.
  • Reliable and punctual.
