Sales Engineer Opportunity

This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise and autonomy in a high-impact position. As a Sales Engineer, you will drive market expansion in a high-growth sector, leveraging your knowledge of advanced materials and tooling solutions to meet the needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute individual sales plans to meet and exceed regional sales targets, focusing on driving new business, penetrating new markets, and expanding the company's footprint within assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including toolmakers, OEMs, aftermarket manufacturers, and general engineering companies, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Offer technical advice and application support to clients, helping them select suitable products and materials based on their specific performance needs, while providing expertise on advanced tooling solutions to ensure customers receive the best possible product for their requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in products and their applications, monitoring industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and remain competitive in the market.

The Successful Candidate

- 3-4+ years experience in technical sales or business development
- Background in mechanical, production, quality, or materials engineering
- Proven ability to manage 1-3-month sales cycles
- Experience in direct B2B technical sales within mining, tools, or materials sectors
- Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
