We're seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to enhance our operations by delivering exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate is passionate about contributing to the growth and sense of belonging among our members.

Job Description

The successful applicant will be at the forefront responding to enquiries, providing advice and information, and up-selling and cross-selling of products and services. You will also prepare point of sale devices and perform some office administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to club enquiries and provide advice and information to members
  • Participate in up-selling and cross-selling of PCYC products and services
  • Prepare point of sale devices including cash registers and electronic swipe devices
  • Perform some office administration tasks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 12 months experience working in a customer service or sales role
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or ability to obtain)
  • Qualification in Fitness, Sport and Recreation or similar (nice to have but not required)
