Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Training Administrator to join our team at Randwick Barracks in NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery management and coordination of scheduling and training administration requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the future training schedule and implement potential efficiencies in that program.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Instructor – Training Delivery to monitor and implement ITAR requirements.
  • Collate and prepare training services and operations reports as required.
  • Publish, monitor and maintain the ongoing training schedules and advise stakeholders of any changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Programming and scheduling experience.
  • Experience working in a training environment such as an RTO or similar Training Centre.
  • A Cert III in Business Administration/frontline manager (Ideally).
  • A Cert IV in Training and Assessment (Desirable).
