The Role

">

As a key member of our store team, you will have the opportunity to work across all departments, from beauty and skincare to haircare and wellness. You will be equipped with initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our online platform and field trainers, enabling you to stay up-to-date with the latest products and trends.

Your Key Responsibilities

">

Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Create an amazing customer experience by providing a welcoming environment that listens to and addresses individual makeup needs.">
  • Observe new products and trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.">
  • Help customers discover the features and benefits of our CRM program and how it can support their self-discovery journey.">
  • Expand knowledge of iconic brands to share with colleagues and learn from others in the team.">
  • Participate in cross-training and attend in-store expert training sessions to continuously learn and explore.">
  • Share artistry knowledge through one-on-one appointments and group workshops.">
  • Have previous Sales and Artistry experience, preferably with a certificate or qualification in artistry.">

About the Job

This is a full-time role, requiring 3 days of availability across key trading times, including late nights and weekends. If you are passionate about makeup and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply.
