Job Description

We are a leading provider of support services to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), helping over 10,000 participants each year. Our multi-disciplinary team approach focuses on building a high-quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their families.

You will play a vital role in providing life-changing support that improves independence, access, development, health, and wellbeing for our participants. You will work in community and clinic settings, providing flexible support that meets the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
  • Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance quality of life and meet goals
  • Mentor and nurture early-career clinicians
  • Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
  • A proactive attitude and interest in continually developing your skills
  • Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
