About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Store Manager to join our team at Frontline Retail ACT & Southern NSW. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage stock levels, merchandise, and visual merchandising to ensure a compelling and engaging store environment
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets customer needs and drives sales
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fashion industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
