We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at AUTOrecruit. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring individual sales targets are met on a consistent basis by understanding and meeting customer needs throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer needs are understood and met throughout the sales process
  • Assist the Branch to meet its overall sales target
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
  • Maintain high levels of prospecting and follow-up activity
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of sales reporting and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Previous experience and success in a sales environment
  • Well-organized, able to meet deadlines, and competent in the use of business-related technology and systems
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of competitive dynamics
  • Highly developed communication skills; verbal, written, and listening
  • Goal-oriented, able to operate independently or as part of a team, resilient in adverse conditions
