Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex IT projects. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and within-budget completion of projects, while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Your expertise will enable us to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, drive business growth, and achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives.
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify and integrate requirements from multiple disciplines.
- Build partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Manage risks and issues proactively, developing mitigation strategies and implementing controls as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with formal project management methodologies, such as Prince2 or Agile.
