Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our medical team in a general practice setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to utilize your clinical skills and experience to deliver high-quality patient care.

About the Role

As a Medical Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily tasks, assessing patients, creating nursing care plans, administering medication, and supervising enrolled nurses and junior registered nurses.

You will work collaboratively with a large medical team to provide quality specialized care to diverse patient backgrounds and age demographics.

The ideal candidate will have current AHPRA registration, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, and experience in chronic disease management and health assessments. Familiarity with Medical Director and Pracsoft software is highly regarded.

Key Requirements
  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Bachelor of Nursing - Australian equivalent/recognized
  • Experience in Chronic Disease Management and Health Assessments (advantage)
  • Located in Queensland, Australia
  • PR or Citizen to Australia (highly regarded), Sponsorship Assistance available
  • Experience with Medical Director and Pracsoft (highly regarded)
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
