Job Title:

Urban Development Project Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to lead our Urban Development team in Brisbane. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality outcomes across a diverse range of urban development projects.

You will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of our Brisbane operations. This is an excellent opportunity for career advancement, offering increased leadership responsibilities and exposure to significant projects that help shape Brisbane's urban landscape.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering; 10+ years' experience in Urban Development; CPEng and RPEQ accreditation; proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects; strong communication and interpersonal skills to support stakeholder engagement and business development; solid project management capabilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance; a strong technical background in urban development or related fields.
