As a key player in our APAC regional operations team, you'll focus on executing regional processes and managing local depots and their teams. Your primary objective will be to drive operational results on fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

The Role

As an Asset Specialist, you'll be responsible for executing daily operations to achieve these objectives. This includes managing vehicle inventory, supplier procurement, and relationships, as well as stock management and logistics coordination.

You'll work closely with the APAC Regional Operations Director and local teams to ensure seamless execution of end-to-end processes. Your actions will have a direct impact on results, and you'll be expected to coordinate with team members and external partners to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the evolution of asset-management procedures and their applicability to your region.
  • Maximise fleet availability through effective vehicle management and intervention procedures.
  • Ensure local structures are stocked with required inventory and execute spare parts procurement as needed.
  • Develop knowledge of our operated vehicles and assist local operations in required interventions.
  • Coordinate actions between local teams and logistics companies to move the fleet according to business requirements.
  • Develop our fleet network by procuring, negotiating, and managing relationships with workshops and fleet partners.
  • Contribute to expansion projects in your region.

Requirements

  • Background in Engineering, mechanical education, business management, or similar education.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and address operational needs, ensuring smooth workflows.
  • Organised and analytical, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to work closely with team members and external partners.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to adapt to unforeseen events.
