Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at a privately owned medical clinic in Darwin. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth flow of communication within the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the correct departments
  • Greet and assist clients with their enquiries
  • Manage digital and hard copy filing systems
  • Perform general office management tasks
Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Professional phone manner
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Ability to touch type with accuracy
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of $59,000 to $69,000
