Home Therapy Services

As a skilled Occupational Therapist or Speech Therapist, you will provide high-quality home visit services to clients, assessing and treating them based on their individual needs. You will play a vital role in helping clients achieve greater independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive functional assessments of clients' abilities and health conditions
  • Develop tailored therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Perform clinical assessments to identify impairments and implement targeted interventions
  • Educate participants and families on effective communication, mobility, and daily living strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care and support
  • Provide training and support as needed

This is a flexible opportunity, with up to 40 hours per week depending on caseload.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy

- Registration with relevant professional bodies

- Professional indemnity insurance and police check

- ABN, valid driver's license, and own vehicle

- At least 1 year of experience working with clients (experience in home visits is beneficial)
