About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Retail Store Manager to join our team at Beacon Lighting's Bankstown store.

As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a competitive salary package, performance-based profit share incentives, generous team member discounts, and a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a dynamic retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Drive incremental sales improvements across all sales channels, including retail, trade, and design.
  • Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers, ensuring they receive unparalleled support and guidance.
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, fostering strong relationships with existing and new trade partners.
  • Ensure all customers receive expert advice and exceptional service every time, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, creating an engaging and appealing store environment that showcases our products effectively.
About You
  • 2+ years' experience in a senior retail or service management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • A current driver's license, with the ability to travel to various locations as required.
