Property Chain Assurance Professional

The Property Chain Assurance Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of services offered to customers by service providers. The post holder establishes and maintains strong relationships with suppliers, monitors their performance, and implements improvement initiatives to enhance the overall supplier network.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with repairer service providers, communicating and evaluating their performance based on expectations and standards for supply chain services.
  • Regularly assess the performance of repairers, including quality, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction through open and closed file reviews of claims.
  • Analyse data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that suppliers adhere to commercial standards and regulatory requirements by conducting desktop reviews and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency and implement initiatives to enhance the overall performance and capabilities of the repairer network.
  • Prepare regular reports on the performance of suppliers and present findings to internal stakeholders, communicate effectively with teams, suppliers, and other relevant parties.

About You

  • Prior experience managing insurance claims involving increased technical or customer complexity.
  • Proven digital and/or on-ground property claims assessing experience.
  • Strong understanding of property repair processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in supplier management within the general insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Will to travel to service provider locations as needed.
