**Leadership Career Accelerator Program**

Coles has introduced a pioneering leadership development program designed to transform passionate retail leaders into exceptional store managers. As part of a close-knit cohort, participants will experience hands-on practical learning through store placements, shadowing opportunities, self-paced and facilitator-led training, mentoring, and coaching.

The primary objective of this program is to increase the level of female representation in leadership roles within our stores and achieve substantive equality for women in leadership roles over time. We encourage applications from all ages, nationalities, abilities, and cultures – including those of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent, the LGBTQI+ community, and those living with disability.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
