Caulfield Grammar School is seeking a skilled School Psychologist to join our team at our Caulfield Campus. As a key member of our Campus Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in enhancing students' academic success, psychological health, and social and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive one-to-one and group counselling services to students, and consult with parents to support the management of educational, social, behavioural, and emotional difficulties.
  • Build strong professional relationships with key stakeholders to support the delivery of counselling services.
  • Prioritise and manage educational assessments, write reports, and liaise with staff and parents.
  • Be actively involved in the School's pastoral care and personal development program.
  • Ensure administration and record keeping is maintained to a high standard.
  • Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours.
Requirements
  • Appropriate qualifications as set by the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA) and registration with AHPRA where applicable.
  • Significant professional experience.
  • Experience within an educational setting, particularly working with adolescents, would be highly regarded.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation in relation to child protection.
  • Experience in administering ability tests such as WISC would be advantageous.
  • Employment Working With Children Check.
