Job Title: Software Development Expert

About the Role

This senior position involves collaborating with a prominent client in the Sydney CBD. As a seasoned developer, you will design and implement custom programs using cutting-edge .Net Technology, staying abreast of relevant technologies to offer innovative solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of .Net Technology and related frameworks.
  • Develop software applications for clients using .Net Technology.
  • Propose tailored solutions based on profound understanding of relevant technologies.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field achieved through 5+ years of experience in a similar development environment.
  • Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Excellent comprehension of system development lifecycle methodologies and Agile delivery practices.
  • Deep understanding of SOA, web services/REST, MQ services, and client-server technology.
  • Proven track record in integration and development of distributed software applications including cloud-based applications.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience building Web Applications using ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, JSON, JQuery, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, AJAX, and XML.
  • Familiarity with IBM BPM and JRules is highly desirable.
  • Background in VBA and Classic ASP is highly desirable.
