We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Instructor to join our team at Box Hill Institute. As a key member of our Faculty of Health, Community and Life Sciences, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.

As a Healthcare Educator, you will design and deliver engaging and relevant course materials and lessons, utilizing adult learning principles and learning management systems. You will also have the opportunity to guide students through their Diploma of Nursing, supporting their success and improving their employment/education pathways.

We are looking for a Clinical Trainer who is passionate about knowledge sharing and has the ability to work within a team, contributing to a positive work environment and culture. You will be highly supportive and compassionate, with a commitment to continuous improvement and high-level communication.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Minimum qualification of a Bachelor of Nursing and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency. You will also need to have experience in designing and delivering engaging and relevant course materials and lessons, as well as the ability to utilize learning management systems.
