About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern boutique family law firm in Adelaide CBD as a Family Law Solicitor. The firm is led by a young and driven founder who formerly led the Family Law practice in a mid-tier firm.

As a Family Law Solicitor, you will work within a small team with support to develop both your professional skills and independence. The firm takes a contemporary and innovative approach to practising law that not all classic firms offer.

You will be given exposure to high-quality files that will challenge you, and you will not be thrown in the deep end. The firm only undertakes private paying clients, so you will have the opportunity to work on complex and interesting cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on Family Law matters, including children's care arrangements, property settlements, spousal maintenance, divorce, and child support
  • Effective communication with clients and other legal professionals
  • Solutions-oriented and great negotiation skills
  • Ability to adapt to emerging technology
  • Preparation of Family Law documents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3 or more years of experience in a similar role, involving:

  • Family Law matters
  • Effective communication
  • Solutions-oriented and great negotiation skills
  • Ability to adapt to emerging technology
  • Preparation of Family Law documents
