The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining warehouse housekeeping, including stock levels and locations, and communicating effectively with suppliers to source the correct parts to meet workshop repair priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stocktakes
  • Communicate with suppliers to source parts and materials
  • Arrange transfer, dispatch, and delivery of inventory as required
  • Raise and monitor purchase orders for supply and replenishment of inventory
  • Receipt and issue stock in accordance with procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inventory management and control
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate computer skills
