The position is based in the dynamic city center and offers a rejuvenating haven with luxury accommodation and 5-star amenities.

The hotel outlets include multiple bars, restaurants, and rooms service outlets as well as large event spaces equipped with cutting-edge technology.

The F&B Venues include:

  • Haven Lounge
  • Garum Restaurant
  • Executive Lounge
  • Mini Bar
  • In Room Dining & Events Operations
Requirements

For this role we are seeking professionals displaying the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience in similar positions advantageous
  • Barista experience beneficial
  • Communicative and Professional level of English
  • Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
  • Enjoy looking after guests and ensuring a great dining experience is provided
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Able to work within a team
  • Must have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends as well as regular early morning and evening shifts and occasional overnight shifts.
  • Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
  • Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Be hard working, dedicated and professional in all aspects of working life

  • Be willing to assist other venue when required
