As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced and dynamic retail environment. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized product recommendations to customers and creating engaging shopping experiences.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products, with initial onboarding training and ongoing learning opportunities.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Participating in visual merchandising and store displays to create an inviting and inspiring shopping environment.
  • Sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues and customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about beauty and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
