Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional care and support for our clients in their homes, promoting independence in their daily lives.
  • Support clients with emotional regulation and complex behaviors, utilizing compassion and professionalism in a dynamic environment.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, meal preparation, personal care, and domestic assistance.
  • Transport clients to appointments and provide medication administration support.

Requirements

  • A current NSW Drivers Licence and a current First Aid Certificate.
  • At least 1 year experience working with people with disability.
  • A Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent accreditation in social science or community services.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of $41.76 to $43.08.
  • Generous not-for-profit salary packaging, with up to $15,900 of your annual salary tax-free.
  • Access to package up to $2,750 for meal and entertainment expenses each FBT year.
  • Free and confidential counselling services for you and your family.
