Sales and Administration Coordinator

At Gough Recruitment AU, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting the principles & associates' team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an admin capacity in real estate, a current Certificate of registration, and strong customer service skills. They will be able to manage conflicting deadlines & processes, understand the real estate sales process, and ensure all processes are being followed in line with legislation and NSW Fair Trading requirements.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing client relationships, processing sales from exchange through to settlement, and liaising with Solicitors and Conveyancers. They will also need to verify sales, receive and process sales advice, generate settlement letters and EFT for Directors to sign, and manage the Sales Trust account, including release of deposits and monthly trust account reconciliation.
This role offers a competitive salary, up to $95k dependent on level of experience, Monday to Friday only working hours, and a supportive directors & sales team. The company values and invests in their staff, providing a fantastic team that has grown expediently this past year.
