Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Business requirement gathering and documentation through collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement using Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Translation of business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, configurations, and declarative tools.
  • Experience with business process mapping and workflow optimization.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
  • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft) and third-party apps from AppExchange.
