About the role
We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Support Specialist to join our dedicated team at Mercy Health. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to our staff and facilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to staff and facilities via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Participate in the development and implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
Requirements:
