Technical Specialist DWDM

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Manager to resolve escalated network and customer incidents.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead software upgrades, deployment of patches, and configuration changes for the support of new capabilities, technologies, and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing technical escalations with vendors
  • Providing training to Technical Specialists and NMC engineers
  • Delivering operational requirements
  • Reviewing designs and supporting deployment planning
  • Assessing deployment readiness
  • Assisting with upgrades for the DWDM network
