About the Role
- Deliver high-quality training and assessment to electrical apprentices, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their trade.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, incorporating hands-on workshops and classroom instruction to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with industry partners to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment materials, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Requirements
- Relevant vocational qualification/s at the level equivalent to or higher than the level to be delivered.
- Current industry skills directly relevant to the training/assessment being delivered.
- Electrical Licence (desirable).
