Medical Imaging Coordinator

This is a permanent full-time role within our Medical Imaging Department.
- Work as part of a clerical team that rotates through front reception and a back-of-house office.
- Coordinate patient bookings for various medical imaging services, including X-Ray, Ultrasound, Computed Tomography (CT), Fluoroscopy, Nuclear Medicine, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Positron Emission Tomography (PET).
- Process patient bookings and administrative tasks to ensure timely access to care.
- Handle phone and email inquiries.
- Distribute reports and images to external clinicians.
- Electronically manage imaging data.
This position requires coordinating and managing patient bookings for medical imaging services, working closely with clinical teams to deliver high-quality care. Strong communication skills and multitasking abilities are essential in this fast-paced environment.
Your Skills And Experience:
- Experience using health software, including electronic medical records and patient demographic systems.
- A proven track record in an administration role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
