Occupational Therapist Job Description

This role presents an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills and passion for supporting individuals to achieve their goals in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an Occupational Therapist at Intrinsic Health, you will manage a diverse caseload of paediatric and adult clients, delivering services in the clinic, at home, in schools, and within the local community.

You will provide therapy under various funding streams, including NDIS, HCP, CHSP, DVA, and private clients. This will involve completing assessments and interventions such as Functional Capacity Assessments, assistive technology prescription, and home modifications. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and other health professionals is also essential to deliver person-centred, goal-oriented care.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration. Additionally, a current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening are mandatory requirements. A valid driver's licence and reliable access to a vehicle are also necessary for travel between client locations.

Key Responsibilities:
