Golding Contractors is a reputable mining, urban, civil infrastructure, and marine project management services business. We pride ourselves on being reliable and cost-effective, working closely with our clients to deliver successful outcomes.

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with civil engineering qualifications and experience in delivering subdivision and general civil construction projects in the Redland Bay area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage resources to meet project requirements
  • Develop and implement project plans, forecasts, and reports
  • Establish and maintain management systems and project management plans to ensure compliance with client and Golding requirements
  • Monitor and manage risk and opportunity registers, implementing containment or contingency strategies as necessary
  • Lead and participate in safety audits, inspections, and observations to demonstrate a commitment to 'Zero Harm'
  • Monitor and evaluate project commercial information to identify potential issues and take necessary action
  • Prepare timely project financial reports to demonstrate project progress and performance
  • Establish a project structure with clear reporting relationships to provide a hierarchy for authority
Key Requirements:
  • Civil Engineering degree or related field is essential
  • Strong communication and business development skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Strong project management skills, including leadership and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated experience in leading projects to achieve safe outcomes
  • High-level commercial acumen, including financial forecasting and reporting skills
