A Day in the Life
  • Ensure the efficient setup and maintenance of pet-related facilities, including equipment and training materials.
  • Deliver engaging and informative pet care training sessions to customers, focusing on their specific needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement effective learning strategies to achieve desired outcomes for participants.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, fostering meaningful interactions and memorable experiences.
  • Utilize your knowledge and expertise to educate and inspire customers on optimal pet care practices, products, and services.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently, striving to meet or exceed store sales targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring timely restocking of products.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, product knowledge, and services offered, enhancing your skills and expertise.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive work culture that encourages teamwork and camaraderie.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety, promoting a safe and healthy environment for all team members.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated passion for animals and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in dog training and handling.
  • Background in a similar retail environment, preferably with a focus on pet care.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift objects up to 20kg.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
