The Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Receptionist at our college. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing enquiries, booking appointments, and performing general administrative tasks with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing enrolment processes and ensuring timely follow-up with prospective families;
  • Providing administrative support to teachers and other staff members as needed;
  • Preparing and distributing marketing materials, newsletters, and other communications;
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases, and ensuring data integrity;
  • Assisting with events and functions, such as Open Days and parent-teacher conferences.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration or customer service preferred;
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
