Sales and Business Development Manager - Wholesale Channel

Are you a driven sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for the furniture and design industry?

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our wholesale business, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue, managing and growing our dealer network in the retail channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies: Work with our dealers to develop annual and seasonal business plans that align with our sales targets and performance goals.
  • Build strong relationships: Nurture and build strong relationships with our dealers and regional trade network to ensure excellent account management and customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends: Review and analyze market and industry trends to help determine long-term wholesale and retail business needs and opportunities.
  • Foster brand awareness: Deliver constant brand presentations and product training to maximize dealer performance and ensure consistent brand awareness alignment across the market.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives: Collaborate with dealers on strategic marketing initiatives and events that enhance brand visibility and exposure, cultivate end-customer loyalty, and drive sales growth.

Requirements:
  • Experience in sales or marketing: 5-7 years' experience in sales, marketing, brand management, or account management.
  • Premium luxury retail markets knowledge: Knowledge of premium luxury retail markets and department store businesses is a plus.
  • Business development mindset: Self-starter with a business development mindset and entrepreneurship spirit.
  • Communication skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural awareness and analytical abilities.
  • Local compliance knowledge: Familiarity with local furniture and material compliance needs is a plus.
  • Corporate Values understanding: Understanding of the importance of Corporate Values and their implementation.
  • Innovation and creativity: Creativity and innovation – can think outside the box and be a difference maker.
