About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Return to Work Advisor to join our team. This is a permanent full-time role that requires a self-starter with a drive to deliver and a passion for helping others succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate a return to work to pre-injury duties by working with the injured worker, their representatives, host clients, relevant insurers, and others as appropriate to achieve positive RTW outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with managers on all aspects of activities concerning return to work, rehabilitation initiatives, reasonable adjustments, injury prevention, and safe return to work after a workplace injury has occurred.
- Effectively manage statutory claims to maximise outcomes for both the injured worker and the organisation.
- Maintain information and processes within the organisation's Injury Management Software.
- Prepare reports related to RTW claim status for external stakeholders and host clients.
- Maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders for a greater return to work outcome.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in a return to work and/or injury management position. You will also have the ability to work within a team as well as autonomously, and be highly proficient in the use of technologies, including Microsoft suite of products and online injury management software.
