Process Technician Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Technician to lead our team in the operation of our processing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating all processing plant equipment, including milling, CIL, crushing, gravity, and elution circuits, as well as the control room and tailings storage facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of process control systems, including CITECT, and be able to identify and diagnose issues with the plant. They will also be responsible for mentoring team members to create a safe and efficient work environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Process Technician to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our operations.
About the Role:
- Operate all processing plant equipment, including milling, CIL, crushing, gravity, and elution circuits, as well as the control room and tailings storage facilities.
- Monitor and maintain process control systems, including CITECT.
- Identify and diagnose issues with the plant and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor team members to create a safe and efficient work environment.
- Liaise with contractors and stakeholders as required.
About You:
- You have 5+ years of experience working in a gold processing plant.
- You have a strong understanding of process control systems, including CITECT.
- You are physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
- You have excellent communication skills and are able to work effectively in a team.
- You are proactive and able to think critically to resolve problems.
