As a key member of our team, you will lead the development and launch of a top residential brand. Your primary responsibility will be to shape the pitch and sale of property projects across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and coach a high-output creative team to ensure brand consistency across all projects.
  • Develop and enforce a robust brand identity, visual systems and tone of voice.
  • Oversee the creation of launch assets, including brochures, site signage and digital content.
  • Deliver partner toolkits and sales enablement content to support referral partners and business development managers.

We are a leading builder in Queensland with a growing portfolio of projects. Our ideal candidate has senior-level brand or creative leadership experience in a high-consideration category, with a proven track record of directing designers and photographers.
