Mining Production Superintendent
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly effective Mining Production Superintendent to join our leadership team at MACA Mining Pty Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Supervisors to effectively execute the mine plan, achieving safe and optimal outcomes on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Supervisors to achieve safe and optimal outcomes
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production performance
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure alignment with the mine plan
- Monitor and report on production metrics and safety performance
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements
Requirements
- Regulatory S26 qualification required
- Qualifications in Quarry Manager strongly desired
- Demonstrated track record of fostering safety in the workplace
- Proven experience as a Production Superintendent, leading and mentoring teams effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of the Regulation/Legislation
