Front Office Guest Service Agent Role

We are seeking a Front Office Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a warm and personalized greeting.
  • Acknowledge IHG One Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone.
  • Process transactions with ease and efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Anticipate and meet guest needs to exceed their expectations.
  • Serve as a trusted contact for guests, providing assistance with everything from bill issues to restaurant recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent personal presentation and positive energy.
  • Proven skills in guest relations, problem solving, and time management.
  • Working knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Opera (an advantage).
  • Similar Front Office / Reception experience in a luxury environment focused on attentive guest service.
