Brand Ambassador

The primary goal of this role is to create and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that elevates brand awareness and fosters engagement with key stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Strategic Communications
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, analysts, and industry influencers to promote the brand's message and values.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate PR campaigns that drive results and enhance share of voice in the market.
- Create compelling content to engage target audiences through various channels and platforms.
- Write thought leadership articles and bylines to establish the organization as a leader in its industry and showcase expertise.
- Develop customer success stories and case studies to demonstrate impact and value.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and messaging across all communications.
- Manage and curate content for customer and partner newsletters, websites, and social media channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Design and implement a social media strategy to build brand awareness, drive website traffic, and foster community engagement on relevant platforms.
- Produce a monthly newsletter to keep stakeholders informed about company news, updates, and achievements.
- Develop and maintain an internal communications plan to ensure effective communication among teams and departments.
- Share company success stories and recognition to inspire and motivate employees.
- Contribute to surveys and feedback mechanisms to gather insights and improve performance.
