Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Research Coordinator to join our team at the Monash Alfred Psychiatry Research Centre (MAPrc). The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating clinical trials, conducting recruitment activities, and providing administrative support to our research team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and coordinate participants for current interventional clinical trials investigating TMS treatment in depression.
  • Conduct recruitment-related activities and procedures to enhance participant recruitment into clinical treatment trials.
  • Liaise with other research staff, entering and analyzing data, and preparing data for publication.
Requirements
  • A doctoral qualification in a relevant discipline or a closely related field OR substantial relevant skills and work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in subject recruitment with proven ability to establish rapport with patients.
  • Highly organized with proven ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary research team.
