Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in sourcing top talent and supporting a seamless hiring process. You'll work across various industries, including ICT, Government, and Professional Services, within a fast-paced and collaborative team setting.

  • Source top talent using job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and people skills, ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities, and a proactive, positive attitude. Prior experience in recruitment, customer service, sales, or administration is highly regarded.

  • Familiarity with JobAdder (not essential).
  • An interest in government or ICT recruitment (a plus).
