  • Exceed traditional engineering teams' output consistently.
  • A product repository houses all artefacts, providing AI with project context for higher-quality generation.
  • A library of rules and prompts defines coding standards, design principles, and security guidelines, ensuring enterprise-grade quality and scalability.

Deliver end-to-end products 2–3× faster than traditional approaches while raising the bar for engineering excellence.

Your Role

As a Technical Lead, you'll oversee high-impact, AI-driven engineering initiatives from discovery to delivery. You'll be accountable for technical excellence, team growth, and client success, ensuring every project aligns with our speed-to-impact model.

  • Lead multi-disciplinary engineering and product teams delivering AI-driven, cloud-native, and DevSecOps-enabled solutions at scale.
  • Shape technical strategy - guiding clients through transformative adoption of fully AI-driven delivery models.
  • Conduct technical analysis, define solution architectures, and facilitate client workshops to define project technical approaches.
  • Implement best practices - from product repository artefacts to AI prompt libraries for coding standards, architecture, and security compliance.
  • Upskill and coach client teams in AI-driven ways of working and embed them in their culture.
  • Guide organisations in scaling AI-first engineering - creating strategies and frameworks for enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Drive productivity and quality - leveraging AI to generate artefacts while enforcing rigorous review and validation processes.
  • Foster AI-first engineering culture - mentoring teams to master AI-first ways of working across research, design, prototyping, backlog creation, and code generation.
  • Continuously experiment to improve our delivery approach - leveraging the latest AI capabilities, tools, and patterns to push boundaries of product engineering.
  • Engage stakeholders - delivering at least 50% faster than expectations.
