We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our senior executives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including diary management, coordination, and organization of travel arrangements.
  • Act as a central point of contact for the team, responding to phone calls, emails, and general correspondence.
  • Manage correspondence, including monitoring emails, preparing responses to routine and less complex enquiries, and coordinating and tracking ministerial workflow.
  • Arrange meetings and organize logistical arrangements, including room bookings, refreshments, and escorting external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with stakeholders of all levels, including senior executives, team members, and external partners.
  • Identify and implement projects to improve divisional culture, staff wellbeing, and achievement of divisional objectives.
Requirements:
  • Australian Citizenship is required for Federal Government.
  • Minimum Baseline Clearance preferred.
  • Experience in providing administrative support to senior executives.
  • Demonstrated capacity to liaise with a diverse range of people and build productive working relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt to competing priorities and stay focused in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent communication and office management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
