We're seeking a motivated and inspiring leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager at the Norwood Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for developing and training our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a large, multi-skilled team to achieve financial and business targets
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, and guest services
  • Develop and implement initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create memorable dining experiences for our guests

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven hospitality leadership experience, preferably in a food, bar, and gaming environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong operational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results
  • Current RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
