Our firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Professional to work on a broad range of litigation disputes, including body corporate disputes and estate litigation. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience in this field.
Duties:
- Drafting correspondence and court documents under instruction
- Assisting with the discovery process
- Drafting letters of instruction and briefs to experts
- Liaising with Barristers and clients
- Diary management and scheduling appointments
- File management;
- Other general legal administration tasks as required.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for working on a mix of litigation matters, including body corporate disputes and building defect claims. They will also be expected to draft correspondence and court documents, assist with the discovery process and liaise with Barristers and clients.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience as a Litigation Professional
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
